This form of body work is a unique experience where Tiarnan helps connect your physical, electrical and spiritual body. Through this opening of channels, the body remembers how to best heal itself.

Tiarnan has completed training as a Wilderness First Responder & EMT. With a decade of surf coaching and water safety, Tiarnan provides a safe and fun environment to connect to the outdoors.

Find your heart’s song. A safe space for self expression through the magic of instrumentation, singing, dance, painting, or any other expression that calls to you. All levels are welcome. Tiarnan can provide stringed instruments, drums, flutes and whistles, and various other artistic supplies.
